Front Lawn Apartment homes are clustered in groups of four. Residents can provide their own creativity, if they desire and within reason, to their lawn area.
Mailboxes Individual mail pods are located near the front gate and Community Center.
Walkway A Memory Tree and Walk has been established. Bricks can be bought "in memory of' or "in honor of" a loved one.
